Sennheiser PC 350 Gaming Headset Review

Sennheiser PC 350 Gaming Headset Review

Sennheiser is a widely recognized brand in the audio community and the introduction of the PC 350 G4ME headset in 2008 has really brought on to the table one of the best gaming headsets ever made. My experience with titles like Battlefield Bad Company 2, Counter Strike: Source,  Left 4 Dead 2 and many other titles that require positional accuracy for detection of your opponent, was quite astonishing and really enjoyable. BFBC2 is known for its great audio design and the bullets and the footsteps were extremely precise and allowed me to listen to my enemy and prepare for a shootout. L4D2 was the same way, hearing zombies creeping up behind you did allow me to turn around in time and laugh out loud when i fired that headshot. CS:S was another title that has really made this headset shine. The bounce of grenades, the broken glass and footsteps were also so exact, allowing me to monouver on the map based on my opponent.

The secret behind such great positional accuracy is the immense sound stage that these cans offer. You can hear footsteps across the map and you can know exactly from which location that audio is coming from.
