Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra review: Live up to the specs

  • Although the Galaxy S21 Ultra is as close as an iPhone 12 Pro Max can get in terms of camera quality, it’s not quite as good as it.
  • The S21 Ultra has 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage. This is the best Android phone you can buy.

Many Android phones try to market specs. Companies throw everything at their flagship phones, even the kitchen sink. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra may not be the most expensive phone, but they have the right specs. This is all a flagship phone needs.

Let’s begin with the display: The display on the Galaxy S21 Ultra is 0.1 inches larger than that of the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The 6.8-inch display isn’t about the size. It’s actually about pushing 120Hz refresh rates at WQHD resolution. This is something Samsung has been criticised for not being capable of doing before. This means that you don’t have to sacrifice screen resolution to achieve a smooth user interface (UI), transitions, etc. This is how a great display should feel.

However, we prefer truer to source colours: Samsung’s market research suggests that this is not the best choice. If you love rich, vibrant colours (or oversaturated), this display is for you. Samsung has long been a champion of bright colours. This phone’s display is vibrant, rich, and smooth. That is exactly what you can expect when you read the specs.

The cameras are next on the spec sheet: There are five of them. We reviewers fall back on the “megapixels don’t matter” debate whenever a company boasts more than five cameras. Samsung did exactly that by adding a new 108MP camera to the back, a 12MP superwide, two 10MP Telephoto cameras with 3x and 10x optical zoom, and a 40MP front-facing camera.

The megapixel argument may be true, but it doesn’t matter if the result is correct. Although the Galaxy S21 Ultra is as close as an iPhone 12 Pro Max can get in terms of camera quality, it’s not quite as good as it.

The phone will make your food look delicious, take you back to the places you love and capture low-light shots that will make it seem like you will trash a lot of other Android smartphones. Samsung must stop brightening daylight photos, as this is where the iPhone 12 Pro Max shines. Again, colours are too saturated, but this argument is the same for the display: people love it. We are willing to give in to Samsung’s market research.

Samsung cannot get around the fact that smartphone cameras are much worse when used in India. It will still do as well in India as any Android phone today. It is fast, has great shutter speed, and can take amazing photos in all settings. Even though your iPhone 12 Pro Max-wielding friend may get better photos, especially for colour representation, people will not always choose your phone over his at parties.

RAM & ROM: The S21 Ultra has 16GB RAM and a massive 512GB storage. You won’t be disappointed with the Exynos 2100 system-on-chip. The phone supports everything you need and want. The phone was used for Pokemon Go gameplay continuously over a 10-hour journey. It had less than 30% remaining battery by the end.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is, in short, the best Android phone. The only reason you wouldn’t buy this phone is the price.
